Our Executive Chef Kimberly Stratton was top of her class at Scottsdale Culinary Institute & has been creating unique culinary delicacies ever since. She has opened many popular restaurants here in SLC and has taught at the Art Institute of Utah Culinary School. All of our food is prepared with love. We use only the freshest, finest ingredients.
The 1920's brought the imergence of "Finger Food" with this in mind we are true to our theme and about a third of our menu has been developed as "Small Plates"
